So Sweet Sunday Features #2

Hello everyone! It's 11:40 pm here on the East Coast and I should probably be in bed, but the next few days will be a tad busy and I wanted to make sure and post the features from this week's linky party! It's been a rough few days here as I randomly came down with the flu, or some 24-hour bug.... basically, I've felt like poop. Yesterday I was down for the count with a 101 fever, body aches, chills, you name it.... I felt it. This was also my first time really being sick while also having a little one to take care of, so I would love love LOVE for you all to send up prayers that I was careful enough as to not spread my nasty germs on to Emma. Of course, prayers for my hubby to stay healthy would be wonderful, as well.... but we all know it's the babies we want to protect. ;) It's bound to be a fun weekend celebrating Emma's first Easter and I'm diligently working on a super adorable item for her to wear on Sunday, so be on the lookout for pictures soon to come!

Now, on to my two fave picks of this week's party! As always, it was so hard to pick just two, but as my new linky party gains more popularity then you can bet I will definitely be adding more picks to the weekly features!

The sweet recipe of the week that caught my eye (and my tummy) were the ever-so-tempting stuffed cookies over at Melissa's Cuisine. This is such a clever way to change up the everyday cookie recipe! We make cookies in this house every week or two easily, and you can bet we'll be adding in Melissa's sneaky little treats to our next batch.

This week's craft that had me "oohing" and "ahhhing" at its insane genius was Heather's Barbie dress from a sock over at 500 Dollar Wedding. I mean, does it GET any more amazing than that?! Emma is still far from the Barbie doll stage, but I'm already itching to make a bunch of these dresses and put them aside in waiting for the day when she will enjoy them. Love, love, love it!

Way to go, ladies!!

Be sure to grab a nifty button and tell everyone that you've been featured!

Thank you to everyone who linked up and made this week's party a success. I can't wait to see what you all have in store for the next week! :)
